Firstly thank you for taking the time to read this page. We ALWAYS send instructions as confirmation of your order so make sure you look out of it and white list gingerbeerplant.net or check your junk folder. Occasionally the package can get a little squashed or delayed in the post but the GBP is just as viable and increases in size quickly, the GBP survives well without food. I have new packaging which should help prevent light squashing. Because the Ginger Beer Plant is a live culture I cannot accept returns, I will issue full refunds of course if I haven't posted the GBP out, but you must contact me as soon as possible as most orders are sent out the next or if I can the same working day and always within two working days using Royal Mail. You must ensure you keep your PayPal home and email address up to date. For the GBP to arrive it should take after posting 1-2 days in the UK, 3-4 to Western Europe, 4-5 days to Eastern Europe and 5 or more to the Rest Of the World. Because of personal time restraints I don't offer courier service. Customers with 'Mail Boxes' must ensure their GBP will not be sat baking in the sun. GBP is a live culture and sent out fresh from the brewing jar, however dry GBP is no more immune from over heating in a mail box than fresh. GBP can last for months without food if kept at normal ambient temperatures so don't worry customers in the US that experience delays, your GBP will be fine when it arrives.
